Move-Back: After collection is complete, we return and move your empty cans back to their designated storage location.

Your cans will still be handled on schedule, helping prevent cans from being left out or missed. We also offer an On-Demand designed for many reasons including homeowners taking vacation.

Yes. Regular bin movement helps make the home appear occupied and maintained, especially for long-term travelers.

If your waste provider skips your pickup, we unfortunately have no control over that. We will inform you via email or text message.

If bins are inaccessible due to vehicles, locked gates, or unsafe conditions, service may be skipped for that day. Depending on your subscription, we will try to contact you for access.

We operate rain or shine when it’s safe to do so, this is the PNW after all! However, severe weather or unsafe conditions may delay service.

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and Stripe.
Payments are recurring for monthly and quarterly plans.
Payments for on-demand services are one time.
The best value would be our quarterly plans which are a savings of over 15% off compared to our monthly plans.

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. Quarterly discounted plans may be partially refundable once the billing period begins. Contact us for questions or support.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or completed services.
