Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
Olympic Trash Pandas provides residential valet trash, recycling and yard waste bin transportation/concierge services. Our services include moving customer-provided waste and recycling bins from their designated storage location to the curb or collection point prior to scheduled collection, and returning the bins after collection is complete.
Services are provided in accordance with Waste Management collection schedules and applicable Homeowners Association (HOA) guidelines when relevant.
Service: In accordance with the service plan you selected at the time of signup, your assigned Valets will transport your trash, recycling and/or yard waste cans to the curb on the day prior to your scheduled waste collection day. Following collection, your Valets will return the cans to their original designated storage location in a timely manner.
2. Agreement:
This is an agreement between you (the “Customer”), and Olympic Trash Pandas LLC (including its affiliates, “Olympic Trash Pandas LLC” or “we”). Before using Olympic Trash Pandas LLC, please read these Olympic Trash Pandas, LLC Terms and Conditions of Service, the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC Privacy Notice, the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC Recurring Payment Terms and Conditions, and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms posted on the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC website. By using Olympic Trash Pandas LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use Olympic Trash Pandas LLC services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with Olympic Trash Pandas LLC, a trash can, recycle can, and yard waste can janitorial valet service that facilitates the movement of cans to the curb and back to the designated storage area for a fee.
You acknowledge and agree that Olympic Trash Pandas LLC is not a home contractor of any sort. All services are provided by Valets, employed by Olympic Trash Pandas LLC. We are the providing company, offering a service through which individuals, homeowners, vacation rentals, and property managers can arrange and schedule services with Olympic Trash Pandas LLC.
For the purposes of the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC Terms and Conditions of Service:
“Olympic Trash Pandas LLC” means Olympic Trash Pandas LLC’s waste can valet service, including the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC website, and other related services.
“Waste Can Valet” means accomplishing the physical service of taking to the curb, trash, recycle and yard waste cans and returning them after pick-up to their storage location.
“Software” means all software and any related documentation, that we make available to you for use in connection with Olympic Trash Pandas LLC including any electronic services provided to you on our website.
“Platform” means the software environment that we use to interact with customers, and any related documentation, that we make available to you for use in connection with Olympic Trash Pandas LLC.
“Valets” means persons employed or contracted by Olympic Trash Pandas LLC to provide Olympic Trash Pandas LLC’s trash, recycle and yard waste can management service.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing:
a. Subscriptions : Olympic Trash Pandas offers subscription-based and on-demand services, billed either one-time, monthly or quarterly depending on the plan selected. Subscription plans are billed automatically on a recurring basis, while on-demand services are billed as one-time charges. Prices, billing cycles, and plan details are published on our website and may change with notice. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
b. Change in Price: Although Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will make every effort to remain as competitive as possible and offer the most reasonable prices and ensure discounts are made available, some cost increases to the service provided may be beyond our control. In the event that Olympic Trash Pandas LLC changes any of our fees, Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will provide you at least 30 days notice of any changes. If you do not accept the changes, you have the option and right to cancel our service at any time. If you choose not to cancel you will be charged the new service fee as applicable.
c. Applicable Sales tax: All applicable local, State, and/or Federal taxes as applicable in the State of Washington and its counties will be added to all services provided as required by law.
d. Credit Card Fees: A fee may be added to any payments that are made by credit card. This fee’s purpose is to enable the offset of processing costs and will be communicated at the time of payment. By choosing to pay for our services with a debit or credit card, you agree to any service or convenience fees, which are non-refundable.
e. Setup Fees: An initial one-time account setup fee is incurred for all recurring service accounts. The fee’s purpose is to set up establishment of service and addition or transfer of information to our billing and route planning software. This account setup fee is non-refundable.
f. Other Pricing: Free trials, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to eligibility verification and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Military, veteran, elderly, disabled, and neighborhood discounts require verification. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Abuse or misrepresentation may result in termination of service. It is the homeowners or customers' responsibility to ensure required proof is received by Olympic Trash Pandas LLC in a timely manner (prior to the next billing cycle) so that discounts or promotional offers can be awarded. Retroactive discounts will be attempted but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Changes to Service:
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue Olympic Trash Pandas LLC, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may amend any portions of this Agreement’s terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC website. Your continued use of Olympic Trash Pandas LLC after the effective date of the term's revision constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
5. Schedules and Events:
a. Holiday Collection Schedule: During holiday periods, we will make every effort to adjust our services in response to changes in Waste Management's trash collection schedule. However, due to the unique observance of holidays by each city we service and the inconsistencies in revised schedules, we will be unable to be held liable for missed pickups during these times.
If your service cannot be completed due to a missed holiday pickup, no credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these variables.
b. Customer Happiness: Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our service. In the event that your service was not satisfactorily completed, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Olympic Trash Pandas LLC, so that we can look into the matter and resolve it quickly to your satisfaction. Notification within 48 hours is required.
6. Right to Refuse Service:
Olympic Trash Pandas LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any property or customer at its sole discretion, for any reason. This right to refuse service does not require an explanation and may be exercised at any time. Liability shall not arise from our decision to refuse service. Our refusal may be based on various items including but not limited to safety issues or hazards, property access or conditions, failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Olympic Trash Pandas LLC.
7. Properties:
a. Rental Properties: If the property being serviced is designated for short-term rental use and not a primary homeowner, the following terms apply:
Tenant and/or Guest Interaction: For the safety and comfort of both our Valets and the customers property, tenants, or guests, service may be withheld if our Valets determine that accessing the property is not able to be accomplished or if the tenant refuses our presence on the property.
b. Access Notification and Liability: As the customer using our services, you are ultimately responsible for notifying your guests, tenant and occupants, that Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will be performing once weekly or twice weekly trash, recycling and yard Waste Can Valet services. This notice shall include the schedule of your valet’s visit and should be provided in time to avoid confusion or unknown encounters. This requirement is in place for the overall safety of not only our valets but for your property, tenants, or occupants as well. By using the service provided, you understand and agree that timely notice will be given.
You also agree that Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will not be held responsible or liable for any incident, altercation, assault, injury, accident, or damage occurring on or around your property that results from failure to properly notify the property owner, guests, tenants, or occupants of our scheduled presence.
You further agree to hold Olympic Trash Pandas LLC, its employees and valets harmless from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or regarding any failure to provide adequate notice, whether negligent, intentional, or otherwise.
8. Homeowner responsibilities:
Homeowner Association (HOA): The Customer is ultimately responsible for following all HOA rules and regulations regarding trash, recycling or yard waste can use, placement, and management. Olympic Trash Pandas LLC shall not be held responsible for any notices, fines, or penalties issued by the HOA. The Customer agrees that Olympic Trash Pandas LLC is to be held harmless from any situation or charges arising from HOA or Waste Management non-compliance. Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will make our absolute best effort to follow all HOA rules that are provided by the Customer, Waste Management or the HOA, but we cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from HOA non-compliance.
You agree that you are the property owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the property owner and have provided the authorized payment method for services provided. Notwithstanding this, you shall be jointly and severally liable to the property owner or to Olympic Trash Pandas LLC for all outstanding amounts due to the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, fees, charges, and any other costs incurred from the use of our services.
Your joint and severable liability with or as the property owner means that the Olympic Trash Pandas LLC may seek to recover the amounts of any debt from you, the property owner, or both parties simultaneously, at our sole discretion, without having to exhaust remedies against the other prior to. This obligation remains in effect until all unpaid amounts are paid in full.
9. PROPERTY ACCESS AND ON-SITE CONDITIONS
a. Home Access: By accepting service, you are authorizing Olympic Trash Pandas LLC and its Valets to access your property that you designate for the purpose of taking out and returning your trash, recycling or yard waste cans. By signing up for our service, you agree and confirm that you have the legal right to authorize and allow Olympic Trash Pandas LLC and its Valets to access the designated property.
If Olympic Trash Pandas LLC or its Valets arrive and are unable to provide service due to lack of access, you will not be entitled to a credit or refund.
b. Garage Access:
Garage access will not be provided currently as part of this agreement due to the increased risk of liability for both the owner and Olympic Trash Pandas LLC.
c. Trash, Recycle and Yard Waste Can Access: You must make sure that Olympic Trash Pandas LLC or its Valets have access to your trash, recycling or yard waste cans on your scheduled service day. Entrance to your property includes access to areas or items such as gate entry, gate lock combinations, and removal of any hazardous/dangerous pets relocated from can storage areas. If Olympic Trash Pandas LLC or its Valets are unable to access your trash or recycling cans for any reason, services will not be performed that week and you shall not be entitled to a credit or refund. Olympic Trash Pandas LLC reserves the right to decline its service for any reason. To ensure smooth service delivery, it is essential that accurate and complete information regarding the location of your waste cans and any necessary access instructions be provided. Failure to supply this information may result in service issues. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of service in these circumstances.
d. Pets: The homeowner/resident is responsible for containing and restraining their pets. While we love our furry friends of all types, for the safety of our Valets, if an unrestrained pet is present on the property and our Valets determines that it is unsafe to access the property, the delivery of service will not be completed. If you are signed up for notifications, you will be informed via SMS text or email that your property could not be serviced on that day. In the event that service cannot be delivered due to an unrestrained pet, no credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued. Please ensure that pets are properly restrained or secured during your scheduled service time.
e. Vehicles: Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will make every effort to place your waste and recycling cans with great care to a curbside location for city pick-up. In the event that your vehicle or any other vehicles hits or knocks over your trash or recycling, Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will not be held responsible in any way for any damage to the vehicle or cans.
10. Can Conditions and Sanitation:
a. Can Safety: For the safety of our Valets and to eliminate risks of injury or damage, trash, recycle and yard waste cans must not be over filled, and all lids must be properly closed in accordance with HOA, city and Waste Management guidelines. Trash cans that are over filled or those with open lids present safety hazards and may lead to service being refused. If your trash cans are found to be over filled or the lids are not closed, we reserve the right to not accomplish service. If this situation exists or persists, no credits, refunds, or adjustments will be provided. We appreciate your assistance in providing a safe working environment for our Valets who are there to serve you.
b. Sanitary Trash Can Policy: To ensure the safety and well-being of our Valets, if your trash cans are deemed overly dirty, moldy, unsafe or smelly, we reserve the right to refuse service for your property. It is your responsibility as the customer to maintain your trash cans in an acceptable condition for handling by our Valets.
c. Disclaimer: Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will not be held responsible for damage to your trash, recycling or yard waste cans. Olympic Trash Pandas LLC shall not be held responsible for damage to property due to acts of God, natural disaster, fires, vandalism of any type, can misuse, or any type of abuse. Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will not be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles that may move into, roll back towards or make contact in any way with your trash, recycling or waste cans.
11. Items Out of Our Control:
a. Inclement Weather: The safety of our customers and Valets is the highest priority for our company. In the event of extreme or inclement weather, including but not limited to severe rain, ice, wind, or snow conditions, we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel services without prior notice. We understand that this is Washington State and our weather does not always cooperate but this is specific to weather above and beyond normal Western Washington weather patterns.
No credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued for services that cannot be delivered due to such weather-related conditions. We appreciate your assistance, understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety of both you as our customer and our valets providing a service to you.
b. Road Closure Policy: In the event of road closures that prevent access to your property, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of service. If service cannot be delivered due to road closures, no credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these circumstances beyond our control.
c. Natural Disasters, Acts of God or unavoidable casualties: Neither the customer nor Olympic Trash Pandas LLC shall be held responsible for any failure or delay in the accomplishment of service under this Agreement if the failure or delay is due to reasons beyond reasonable control. Events include things such as: Natural Disaster, Government actions, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, equipment failures or shortages, power failures, road closures, extreme inclement weather, vehicle delays or any other situation or event that is beyond the reasonable control of the affected party. During the occurrence of such events, any pre-existing obligations of the affected party shall be delayed or suspended to the extent necessary. Olympic Trash Pandas LLS will promptly notify the other customer of the circumstance causing such issues and the expected resolution if known.
12. Communications:
Software and Telecommunication Issues: While we will make every effort within our control to ensure the reliable delivery and communication of our services, we are not responsible for non-delivery of services due to unforeseen software and/or communication issues. Although such occurrences are uncommon, certain situations, including but not limited to any applications, hardware, and cellular service, are not within our control. If this happens and our service cannot be accomplished due to these issues, no credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued. Our promise to you is that we will do everything within our power to correct any such situations or delays as swiftly as possible.
13. Cancellation:
You may cancel your service and/or subscription by submitting a cancellation request online by sending an e-mail to:

Please refer to the terms below based on your service and subscription type.
Free Trial Period: A 7-day trial period will begin immediately upon account setup and service subscription which will provide you with access to our services. If you desire to not continue service and avoid future charges, you must cancel your service during your 7-day free trial period. If you do not cancel, your service will be billed at the service or plan you chose upon signing up for service.
14. Subscriptions:
a. Monthly Payment Plans: To cancel your monthly subscription, you must provide at least 14 day's notice prior to your next billing date. For example, if your subscription is set to renew on January 1st, you must provide cancellation notice by December 16th to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
b. Quarterly Payment Plans: To cancel your quarterly subscription, you must provide at least 30 days of notice prior to the next billing date. While we will do our very best to cancel your service in a timely manner, if a cancellation request is received after the start of a new billing cycle, you will be responsible for the full payment for that quarterly service. No refunds will be authorized. Charges are for the full-service cycle which is 3 months in duration. Upon notice of your desire to cancel service, we will terminate your service at the end of the quarterly billing cycle. You may not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the service period and you will retain full access and use of our services until the end of the 30-day notice period or the end of the current quarter, whichever comes last.
c. Contact and payment Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information, payment method and email account information are up to date at all times during the periods that we are providing service for you.
d. Payment Method Declined: If your payment is charged and your payment method is declined, you authorize Olympic Trash Pandas LLC to make additional attempts each day for up to ten (10) consecutive days thereafter to attempt to successfully charge your selected payment method.
If Olympic Trash Pandas LLC is not able to successfully charge your payment method after 10 days’ time and you have a recurring service plan, you authorize Olympic Trash Pandas LLC to reattempt Payment Method authorization as stated herein for two (10) additional consecutive days.
e. Billing Disputes: Any issues, disagreements, discrepancies, or disputes in regard to billing, must be reported to us in writing within not more than thirty (30) days from the date of the applicable invoice or billing discrepancy. If notice is not provided or received within this time period, the invoice shall be deemed true, accurate, and payable in full.
15. Liability & Damage:
Olympic Trash Pandas is not responsible for damage caused by waste collection providers, normal wear and tear of bins, missed pickups, or HOA fines beyond our control. Liability is limited to the cost of the affected service for that billing period.
16. Governing Law :
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and its counties. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Washington State.
Olympic Trash Pandas LLC will not be held liable for any damages arising from or in relation to a missed service visit, incomplete service, any credits granted to homeowners, refunds to guests staying at your property, City or Homeowners Association (HOA) fines, or permitting issues.
In no event shall any liability if deemed to be the responsibility of Olympic Trash Pandas LLC exceed the amount paid by you to Olympic Trash Pandas LLC for the services accomplished exceed a (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
17. Prohibited use:
a. Authorized Agents: By registering a property with Olympic Trash Pandas LLC, you, as the property host, manager or agent acting on behalf of the property owner, acknowledge and agree to the following:
b. Our Service: The service that we are providing will be used for its intended purpose only. You agree not to use the service in any way that is illegal, harmful, unsafe or violating the rights of others. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Disrupt or interfere with the performance of our service being provided.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our service or its related systems.
- Harass, threaten, abuse others (including our valets), or promote violence.
- Attempt to conduct any cyber violations that may transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious codes.
18. SMS (messaging) or E-mail Terms and Use:
a. General: When you opt-in to our service, depending on the service selected, you will elect to receive service confirmations. We will send you a message to confirm your signup. By agreeing to receive messages regarding your service, you agree to receive automated marketing and informational text messages from Olympic Trash Pandas LLC for Olympic Trash Pandas LLC.
b. Frequency: Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on the needs of Olympic Trash Pandas LLC to communicate with you as our customer. Our intention is to provide the most reliable service possible so regular communication is necessary. Olympic Trash Pandas LLC reserves the right to modify the frequency and type of messages at any time. Olympic Trash Pandas LLC also reserves the right to change the contact method or location where messages are sent.
c. Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to www.olympictrashpandas.com, and Olympic Trash Pandas LLC (the "Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include www.olympictrashpandas.com and Olympic Trash Pandas LLC. The Company's website is a valet trash service site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Privacy Compliance Certification
Wix: As the primary platform for the Company’s website, it includes key security features like PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance. As a PCI Level 1 merchant and service provider, Wix adheres to the highest standards for credit card processing. Sensitive data is protected at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using HTTPS over TLS 1.2. It also utilizes an AI-powered system and a dedicated 24/7 risk team that monitors transactions for suspicious activity. For transactions in the European Economic Area (EEA), Wix uses 3D Secure 2 (3DS) to meet Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. Data is hosted in secure, ISO 27001-certified data centers (AWS, Google Cloud, Equinix) with firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.
OptimoRoute: For additional security measures, the Company utilizes OptimoRoute for assigning routes to its trash valets. It is SOC 2 Type 1 certified and compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA regulations. OptimoRoute utilizes encryption for data at rest and in transit, along with firewalls and VPNs. OptimoRoute implements Single Sign-On (SSO) with two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance security and streamline login processes. OptimoRoute ensures regular vulnerability testing is conducted on services and systems. It adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. OptimoRoute ensures data security through encryption, firewalls, VPNs, and regular vulnerability testing, utilizing industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. It supports SSO with 2FA, complies with GDPR and Data Privacy Frameworks (EU-U.S., Swiss-U.S.), and mandates SSL for its API.
California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"):

If you purchase the Company's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) sending us an email message; (c) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of your Personal Information
The Company collects and uses your personal information in the following ways:
- to operate and deliver the services you have requested
- to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us
to provide you with notices about your account
- to carry out the Company's obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including for billing and collection

Copies of driver’s licenses or veteran ID used for discount pricing proof will be immediately deleted and not stored after review and confirmation.
